Gluten-Free Shepherd's Pie Two Ways by Gluten-Free Goddess
One of my favorite things to make in the fall is shepard's pie. Traditionally made with lamb (hence the name) Karina of Gluten-Free Goddess shakes things up and makes gluten-free pies two ways: one with tofu and one with chicken. Both were topped with creamy potatoes and filled with tasty, nontraditional ingredients like broccoli, artichoke hearts and zucchini instead of the usual carrots and peas. I also love the pot-pie inspired sauce, it sounds so creamy and perfect for a new kind of shepard's pie.
