Mini Raw Banana Caramel Cream Pies by Fragrant Vanilla Cake


As you might have surmised by my postings thus far, I do not follow any sort of raw diet. Yet, when I came across this recipe on Fragrant Vanilla Cake, I couldn't wait to share it. A raw pie! And not raw in the "waiting to be baked" way but an actual supposed to be raw pie. Amy accomplishes this by topping a cashew coconut base with creamy beaten bananas and almond date maple caramel sauce and then piping on coconut filled vanilla cream. Wow! Who says raw food can't be decadent?

  2. Amy's desserts are all so beautiful it must be hard to cut into them but I know her ingredients make up for ruining the perfect looks. This onw looks great as usual ;-)
