Fairly new blog, Pie on Sunday's mission is "saving my family from a world without pie". A worthy mission if I ever heard one! She makes a pie every Sunday. On this particular Sunday she made a pie for her 7-year old's birthday. It sounds like the perfect pie for a little boy or anyone, really: full of nuts, rich with sugar and tossed with chocolate chips. One tip: don't pre-bake the crust!
