I'm going to admit it. I'm going to being playing a little fast and loose with the definition here and sharing some of my favorite pie-like, pie inspired dishes in a addition to sharing traditional pies like apple pie and chicken pot pie. After all, who doesn't appreciate a good quiche, tart or shepard's pie?
